CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour departure date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total tour price. No refunds will be provided for no-shows and cancellations made 48 hours and less before the scheduled departure date. No reimbursement will be made if participants do not arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to the agreed time. The cancellation process and rules apply equally to in-person, by-phone, email, and online reservations. Refunds may take up to eight weeks or longer to process.
